ClearToFill is currently onboarding pilot agencies directly. Each pilot runs under a written pilot agreement covering scope, data handling, export, deletion, and exit — agreed before any data is loaded. Public self-service terms will be published here when the product is generally available.

Regardless of paperwork: your data remains yours and is exportable at any time; we make no claims about your regulatory compliance — we provide mechanisms, the obligations remain yours; and figures the product shows are estimates derived from the data you provide, with their confidence stated.

ClearToFill, a product of HorizonWide Solutions LLC, operates a text-messaging program under the ClearToFill name. People who explicitly opt in — for example by ticking the text-message box where we ask for a mobile number — may receive operational SMS messages from ClearToFill. Examples include missing-document notifications, compliance and readiness updates, staffing or readiness status notifications, and related operational notifications about your account. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — check with your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; after that we send no further text messages other than, where required, a single confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@cleartofill.com. Opting in to text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or using any ClearToFill service, paid or otherwise. How we handle mobile numbers and consent records is described in our Privacy Policy.
